- adds sorting options for items in shop and inventory
- adds stat comparison widget to equipment details in shop and inventory
- adds tabbed item categories to the shop
- minor ui changes in shop & inventory
- adds "use" action to consumables, consumables no longer take effect automatically
- fixes render bug with terminal obscuring scenery (thanks @lokzz)
