- improves visibility of desktop app "close" button
- adds yellow highlights to action buttons in desktop apps
- shifts desktop windows away from app icons to help with accidentally opening other apps
- fixes timing bug for loot download popups and notifications
- changes "gigs" app to "jobs" for clarity
