New levels, gigs & loot

- adds 40 gigs
- adds 5 new addresses, unlocked by progressing through gigs
- adds 30 new loot items, most of which are exclusive to specific addresses
- adds notification badge to desktop app icons
- increases base starting time to 5 minutes, time reward from blocks greatly reduced
- misc balance changes to stat costs, loot drop rates, etc.
- sorts shop items by cost
- adds performance metrics to live build, toggleable by pressing "~"
- this update will wipe old save files
